Howard N. Wiener

Howard N. Wiener graduated from Rutgers College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1970, and received a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University in 1973. That same year he was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1980, and before United States Supreme Court in 1984. Mr. Wiener was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Wiener served from 1986-1988 as Special Assistant United States Attorney, District of New Jersey 1978-1988, Assistant Prosecutor, Union County, New Jersey 1974-1978, and Assistant Prosecutor, Essex County, New Jersey. Specializing in personal injury, premises liability, municipal court and criminal matters, Mr. Wiener is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association, the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
