What is the Process For Starting Medical Malpractice Cases in NJ?
Attorney Roy Konray explains the process for starting a medical malpractice case in New Jersey. If you or a loved one believe you have been injured due to medical malpractice please call our office today.
>> Roy J. Konray: “In order to start a medical malpractice case, the first thing we have to do is collect a complete set of the medical records and then we have to have those reviewed by a doctor in the same specialty that we’re thinking about suing. So if it’s a Nephrologist we have to hire a Nephrologist to review the medical records, and that doctor has to be willing to state on paper that there is malpractice. And at that point we’re ready to start a lawsuit.”
