Michael N. Tobin

Michael N. Tobin graduated Rutgers College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1964. In 1967, Mr. Tobin received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, that same year he was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1972, and before the United States Supreme Court in 1971. Mr. Tobin has been the managing director of Tobin, Koster, Oleckna, Reitman, Greenstein & Konray since 1996 and is a member of the Union, Middlesex, and New State Bar Associations, as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has achieved an A.V. Rating from Martindale Hubbell (highest rating available) and is a former Captain in the United States Army Reserves, Judge Advocate General's Detachment. Mr. Tobin specializes in plaintiff's personal injury, product liability, as well as malpractice.
