Anthony R. Gualano, Esq. is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney who has committed more than 30 years to the defense of persons charged with felonies in Federal and State Courts. Anthony regularly appears in the State Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeal for the District of Columbia, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

As a passionate criminal defense attorney, Anthony has won jury trials with acquittals on the charges of murder, armed robbery, gun and drug offenses, and aggravated assault to name a few. He has also successfully defended clients charged with Domestic Violence, DWI/DUI, traffic and non-indictable criminal offenses in the Municipal Courts of New Jersey.
