I didn’t go to a fancy school; I don’t come from a fancy place. I come from the Bronx, and my family came here in 1961 into New Jersey. My father was a warehouse worker; he worked in a warehouse his whole life, a frozen food warehouse, and he would leave for work at 5:00 in the morning and get home at 7:30 at night, and every other weekend he worked Saturdays too. My brother is a construction worker; he’s been a construction worker for 35 years, and my other brother is a salesman. We are not white tower people who don’t understand what its like to be working. I worked in a warehouse in prior jobs; I was a road salesman while I was going to law school, and I know what it’s like to work, and I know what it’s like to get injured at work cause it’s happened to me, and I know how powerless you can feel when you’re just an hourly employee, and you got a boss who looks at you like a disposable paper towel, and when you get hurt, he’d just as soon make you disappear and get the next guy in there. Well that not going to happen. I was always drawn to representing the little guy. Pretty much I’ve always represented David against Goliath. That’s what I do. I see my job as an attorney to represent people who really need representation against powerful people and powerful entities, like their companies, that need somebody to stand up for them and say “Oh no you don’t. Oh no you don’t. You’re not pushing this guy around. Because we’re going to make sure that doesn’t happen. That’s what we do for our clients.
"I would absolutely recommend Roy Konray and his colleagues at Team Law. Roy took his time to get to know me and my medical malpractice case. In addition to being friendly and very easy to get along with, Roy did his homework. He is very knowledgeable about medical information and came to trial prepared to fight for my rights. He kept me informed throughout the process and was on my side every step of the way. I'm sincerely grateful to have been represented by him and even more grateful for the verdict he won for me."
