For over 25 years, John has represented the injured and disabled. John was voted by his peers as a Rising Star of Worker’s Compensation for six consecutive years, as appearing in New Jersey Monthly and as one of the Best Workers Compensation Lawyers for Families 2021, voted in New Jersey Family Magazine. Throughout his career, John has represented injured workers throughout the State and social security disability claimants throughout the country.  Mr. Rachinsky frequently appears before the United States Social Security Administration.  He is the author of the article Exceptions to the Rule which was published in the New Jersey Lawyer, newspaper. John has appeared on television and lectured to Unions, the Bar Association, and other organizations on topics involving Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. John is also an accredited Veterans Benefits Attorney. He considers it an honor to serve those who have served our nation.
